A Simple Prototype

If your resume has ever been rejected from a job you clearly qualify for, that means their ATS needs a rework

In the early days of Ascend Hiring, our prototype was a simple web page with colorful text boxes. It was a far cry from the sophisticated AI platform we have today, but it served a crucial purpose: to validate our hypothesis that custom-tuned LLMs could revolutionize the recruitment process.

Promising Results

We began by feeding the LLM a dataset of resumes and job descriptions. To our amazement, the LLM was able to extract key information from the resumes, such as skills, experience, and career aspirations. It then used this information to match candidates to job openings with remarkable accuracy.

A Successful Pilot Study

Encouraged by these promising results, we decided to conduct a pilot study with a small group of recruiters. We provided them with access to our prototype and asked them to use it to screen candidates for a specific job opening. The recruiters were impressed by the LLM’s ability to identify top candidates quickly and efficiently.

The Birth of Ascend Hiring

The pilot study validated our belief that AI could transform the recruitment industry. We realized that by harnessing the power of LLMs, we could create a platform that would automate routine tasks, reduce bias, and empower recruiters to focus on what they do best: building relationships and finding the best talent.

With renewed enthusiasm, we set out to develop a full-fledged AI platform that would revolutionize the way companies hire. Ascend Hiring was born.
